1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using VirtuAssist services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

VirtuAssist provides virtual assistant matching and placement services. We connect clients with qualified virtual assistants for various business support roles including but not limited to administrative tasks, customer service, marketing support, and specialized industry functions.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during the intake process
• Communicate requirements and expectations clearly
• Make timely payments according to agreed terms
• Maintain professional communication with assigned virtual assistants
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy.

5. Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date. Virtual assistants will complete ongoing projects unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Virtual assistants sign comprehensive non-disclosure agreements. All parties agree to protect confidential and proprietary information shared during the course of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

VirtuAssist's liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
