1. Commission Structure

Primary Payout

• $100 per referral after the referred client completes their first full paid invoice.

Recurring Commission

• 10% recurring commission on Month 2 and Month 3 invoices.
• Recurring commissions end after Month 3.

Tier Bonuses

2. Payout Rules

• Payout Frequency: Monthly
• Payout Date: 15th of each month
• Minimum Payout Amount: $50
• Payout Methods: Zelle, PayPal, or Bank Transfer

3. Tracking & Attribution

Referrals are tracked through:

• Referral Links: Unique URLs assigned to each affiliate
• Referral Codes: Unique codes clients can enter on the order form

If a client uses both a link and a code from different affiliates, the first touchpoint receives credit.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may NOT:

• Run paid Google Ads using "VirtuAssist," "Virtu Assist," or our trademarks
• Misrepresent themselves as VirtuAssist employees
• Offer unauthorized discounts or promotions
• Use spam, mass unsolicited email, or deceptive practices
• Make false claims about VirtuAssist services
• Engage in cookie stuffing or other fraudulent tracking methods

5. Permitted Activities

Affiliates MAY:

• Promote on personal social media accounts
• Share in private communities and groups
• Use referral links on personal websites and blogs
• Create YouTube, TikTok, or other video content
• Share offline using QR codes, business cards, etc.
• Send promotional emails to their own opt-in lists

6. Refund Policy

If a referred client requests and receives a refund:

• Associated commissions will be reversed
• Reversed commissions will be deducted from future payouts
• If no future payouts are available, a balance will be carried forward

7. Account Termination

VirtuAssist reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Misrepresentation
• Inactivity for 12+ months

Upon termination, pending commissions may be forfeited.

8. Modifications

VirtuAssist reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email.
