    The role of a VirtuAssistant can truthfully be endless. There isn’t a ‘one description fits all’ for this role because your services can vary widely based on a clients’ personalized needs. That’s what keeps this job from being filled with repetitive cookie-cutter days. Tasks can range from things like helping to plan weddings, organize dinner parties, as well as forging new friendships and business relationships. You may also have the opportunity to get paid to  develop new skills for yourself like web design, and producing podcasts – just to name a few. 
     
    Here are some common daily tasks:
    • Optimize your client’s time and priorities to help them reach their ambitious goals

    • Take ownership and manage calendars and scheduling 

    • Research and develop plans for your client’s personal and professional growth

    • Surprise and delight your client by demonstrating initiative 

    • Build rapport with your client’s network and team and help to manage these important relationships 

    • Drive internal and external communications, presentations, reports, and social media

    The Type of VirtuAssistant We’re Looking For

    • Is motivated by impact and driven by wanting to help others.

    • Excellent fluency of the English language, both spoken and written

    • Has a suitable work-from-home space in the Philippines
    • Embody trust and dependability.

    • Take pride in the quality of their work and in constantly improving.

    • Have deep emotional and social intelligence.

    • Experience working on Graveyard PH shifts is preferred but not required.

    • A charismatic ‘can do’ attitude

    • Can tackle complex problems and offer creative solutions.
